This is my husbands Google account, and I wanted to give a positive review of my dealings with Recon Express. From my first meeting with Josh I was totally impressed with the professional and courteous manner with which he treated my concerns about having some repairs done on my Rav 4 Hybrid. He not only took pictures of the spots that needed repair, but also discussed repair options and with my input he did up a quote and emailed it to me the next day. I also needed the windshield replaced which was done there, and although they weren’t able to completely set up the the cruise control, not because it was something they caused as this has been an ongoing issue that I’ve been trying to have resolved with Toyota, he gave me a discount because they weren’t able to set up the cruise control without having the same issue repeat itself. They gave the diagnostic report showing where the issue was (Toyota will need to deal with my next visit).
